Terms And Conditions
Revoobit South Africa – Terms and Conditions.
1.0 Abbreviation
1.1 “Revoobit South Africa” refers to Revoobit Distributor Shop in Centurion, South Africa.
1.2 “Us” refers to Revoobit South Africa, Online Store and Revoobit South Africa team.
1.3 “Our team” refer to Revoobit South Africa Team under Leader Stephen.
2.0 Declaration
2.1 We are not the Head Office but an independent distributor shop and we do not work for the Head Office.
2.2 We aren’t enforced to assist people who are not under our team as we do not benefit from that.
3.0 Orders
You can purchase the product by using one of the following ways:

3.3 Cash and Carry – Visit our store at: 10242 Bohlali Street, Rua Vista, Centurion, 0175.
4.0 Payments
4.1 Full payment is required before any order is processed to places outside Centurion.
4.2 A proper Proof of Payment is required before any order can be processed.
4.3 Proof of Payments should be sent via email to: info@revoobit.co.za or via WhatsApp to +27 81 427 1390.
6.0 Online Payments
5.1 You can make a secure online payment with your credit/debit card.
5.2 Revoobit South Africa will not be held liable for any fraudulent payments, account hacking, money laundering, violation of the South African Law or any money loss during any online payments. You use the online payment functionality at your own risk.
6.0 Refund Policy
6.1 Refunds due to delay or out-of-stock products can only be processed after 3 weeks (15 working days).
6.2 All refunds are subject to Service charges and Bank charges (which will be deducted prior your refund is scheduled).
6.3 No refunds or exchanges on wrong orders. We will not be held liable for any wrong orders.
7.0 Activations & Membership
7.1 We do not give any activation points to any members outside our team.
7.2 Revoobit South Africa reserves the right to re-join anyone who buys products from us and is not under our team.
7.3 An extra R99 will be charged to members who are not under our team but wish to collect their products from us.
7.4 If you are buying a product from us and you do not have anyone to recruit (activate), then you will not get any points.
8.0 Deliveries
8.1 We use Fastway Couriers, Aramax Couriers, Pep Pax, PostNet and DHL to Courier/deliver your products. These are third party companies and not Revoobit South Africa companies therefore their T’s & C’s Apply.
8.2 Courier/delivery is done during working day (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays). Product will only be couriered once the payment has reflected in our accounts.
8.3 Revoobit South Africa will not be held liable for any loss or damage of any couriered order. Once we handover your order to the courier company and send you the proof, your order will now be your full responsivity and you are required to track your order and do follow-up with the courier company.
8.4 Full payment is required before any order is delivered / couriered to places outside Centurion.
9.0 Office
9.2 Our Office is not for the public to do as they wish but a private property.
9.1 Appointments should be made before coming to our Office, either for purchases, presentations or trainings. Please note that we do not always stay with stock and that’s why appointments are of uttermost importance.
9.2 You enter our Office at your own risk and we will not be held liable for any loss, damage or even death which might occur while you’re inside our premises.
10.0 Working Hours
10.1 Our Working Hours are from 09:00am to 05:00pm Monday to Saturday.
10.2 We are closed on public holidays but can be available upon appointments.
11.0 Support
11.1 We offer support 24/7 on all our platforms including though Email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Google Business, Telegram and all other Social Networking Accounts.
11.2 You can also make appointments using any of our platforms.
